Veganuary is the 31 day ‘go vegan’ challenge that has been designed to help encourage people to make the switch to a plant-based diet. In 2021, over half a million people signed up for the challenge officially, and many more that don’t sign up formally. The team behind Veganuary works to increase the number of vegan provisions that are supplied in restaurants and shops. Additionally, they also improve the visibility of veganism through all different forms of media. We thought we’d join in the fun and share our vegan treats with you so everyone is aware of what’s available at their local Parsons Bakery.

January 2022 is almost over and for many that means their vegan adventures will come to an end. However, there will be plenty who decide to stick to their new way of life, or even who have found foods that they would like to incorporate into their diet. The Veggie Rolls are available to buy as part of our 2 for £2 deal, helping you to get more value for your money. However, please be aware that our Veggie Rolls aren’t just a January fad that will disappear as soon as February arrives. They are, in fact, available all year round at the 2 for £2 deal. We use a veggie mix rather than having a vegan sausage and we’re confident you will find it tickles your taste buds in all the right ways. If you’re trying Veganuary to see if you can make the switch to a plant-based diet permanently, we encourage you to pop along to your local Parsons Bakery and try our vegan treats for yourself. During your visit, remember to ask about the other vegan sweet treats that are available too. Let us tempt you with our Fruit and Nut Flapjack and Bread Pudding. Both cakes are included in our ‘4 for the price of 3 before 2 pm’ deal. After 2 pm, all cakes are just £1 each.
