Christmas is Coming!

It feels a lot like winter out there, and we’re beginning to feel festive here at Parsons Bakery. We’ve enjoyed Christmas Markets, late-night shopping and the turning on of many Christmas lights. It’s a fun and busy time of year. We’ve relished being a part of all the festive fun and seeing our customers' enjoyment over some of our most popular winter menu sweet treats.

The Classic Mince Pie

Our mince pies are always a winner for our customers. The melt-in-your-mouth Viennese pastry elevates the eating experience and certainly transforms the humble mince pie into a taste sensation. Our tasty mince is Perfectly tucked inside the crumbly pastry, a combination of sultanas, apples, mixed peel, and spices. The taste defines winter, and we are so pleased you love them as much as we love baking them for you.

Peppermint Crunch

Another festive addition to the Parsons menu is the Peppermint Crunch. The Peppermint Crunch is a wintery version of the Australian Crunch. Beneath the dark chocolate topping, you’re treated to a peppermint fondant layer, which works perfectly with the crunch.
