So long, January, and Hello to the Month of Love!

We had a wonderful festive season but now we find ourselves at the end of January! With only a few days of the month left, we're now looking forward to February, and February means just one thing, Valentine’s Day.

New to Stores

At Parsons, we don’t think a day is long enough to celebrate love. Therefore, we recommend marking February 2nd in your Calendars. That is the day you can expect to see Valentine’s launch in-store. This year, all our love is being focused on our brand-new Heart Biscuit. A deliciously soft and warming gingerbread biscuit, with a white heart coating, decorated with pink hearts.

Handmade in Bristol

The new Heart Biscuit is handmade in Bristol by our expert bakers and delivered to all our stores. Why not visit your local Parsons Bakery and give them a try? They’ll be around for the next few weeks. We think they’ll make a tasty treat for all the family this Valentine’s Day.
